Usually by 4-6 weeks old you can start to tell based off of comb and wattle development. Males will develop bigger and redder combs earlier than females will.
Welcome to BYC! Boys will start to develop hackle feathers and will have a more upright posture. Like SilverBirds said they will get larger and redder combs and wattles than females by around 4-6 weekd. Also, males will start trying to crow at like 4-6 months, but females won't. What breeds did you get?
