Hen or Roo?

Hello! First time owner. I got 4 "Ameraucana" from my local Tractor Supply. They are now outside, and I am completely unsure of gender as of now. 3 of the 4 have a smaller, pinker comb. I am hoping they are all hens, as the city doesnt want roos and i would imagine my neighbors dont either! So far they are around 9-10 weeks and i have not heard any crowing etc. Please excuse the limb pile next to them! Cleaning up after a windstorm.

All are pullets! They all have female-specific coloring. Very even patterns. A cockerel would be more splotchy and uneven.

That is awesome, the only one not in the pictures much would be this one, we call her sweetness. She is the only one with a splotchy style color. Still think she's a pullet? That is the one I am hoping is a hen as we have the best relationship.

Yes, she's a pullet! When people say splotchy coloring in reference to Easter Egger cockerels, it's very obvious. Here's a pic of a EE cockerel I had as an example:
