Hen or Roo?

Is skeeter a pullet or cockerel? 8 weeks old. I thought from the very beginning rooster But then there were no characteristics of a roo & I posted here and you guys said pullet. But then this morning I was out with the flock and my known rooster was next to me and I heard a first time trying to crow, scream lol iykyk, coming from the inside the coop. Ik pullets can have what sound like a crow , but skeeters comb has recently gotten red this last
Week. What is everyone’s thoughts?
