I’m new to chickens. I need help telling if this is hen or roo. I have three RIR. The other two are making the egg laying sound but no egg yet. I would like to know if this one is hen or roo?

Oh well then I would say pullet. It looked younger so I guessed a cockerel
Definitely a cockerel because he has male-specific feathering. He looks sickly which is leading to a slower maturity
