If this was a male, the comb and wattles would be much larger/longer.
Leghorn roosters have one of the larger combs and longer wattles of the different chicken breeds.
 
Pullet. She has female-specific coloring.

For visual examples, if you look up "Brown Leghorn" and "Welsummer", you'll see your pullet looks very similar to pullets/hens of those colors and that cockerels/roosters look vastly different (red/gold neck and back, and black breast)

*I also looked up examples, and some incorrect ones also come up.
 
Here's you a brown Leghorn rooster. In breeds having a single comb, even the female has what may look like a large comb compared to some other breeds, but still much smaller than that of their male counterpart.
