Hen or roo??

Hi these are my chicks about 4months old.

Was wondering if they are hens or roos? I think one with white is a roo and rest hens am i correct?? thank you.

i think Chook 3 is your only girl. The rest look like roos to me.

Frankly, I think they all look like girls. At 16wks, roos should have a lot more prominent/darker combs, imo.

They all had combs within the first week but have hardly grown since then. One oof the chicks not pictured is a definate roo a real prominant comb.

I'm not seeing hackle or sickle feathers on any of them either. At 4mos, you should see some of that on a roo.

But throw a frizbee over them a few times and see which ones stand erect and alert ... Thems the males

At 4 months they are most likely hens. Roos would have much bigger combs by now.
