hen or roo???????????

I have a columbian rock cross that I got as a 4 or 5 month old and now is 5 or 6. She is acting rather strange. This morning I went out to give them food and water and she peck me which she a has very done, and her comb is getting very big and she is much bigger than when we got her, she is twice the size of my ameracuna hen. Is my columbian a roo? or just a very big girl?

if she isn't laying yet, she is just getting close to point of lay. They get friendlier, and their combs and wattles engorge and turn red almost over night. Looks like a pullet to me. Expect eggs soon

I think you have a pullet.

Wyandottes are a rather heavy breed, and EE's can be rather gamey and small. 6 months is around 24 weeks, just when she may be starting to lay. It's the hormones that are causing her behavior.
