Judging by the neck feathers I think it is a roo but I've been wrong before. Lol

The pattern is feminine but the comb looks pretty pink. How old is the bird? The hackle feathers aren't shiny and pointed looking, it just seems to be the pattern and I don't see any saddle feathers yet. The age will be an important factor.
