Hen or rooster and what breed? Please?!?!

Well, today one of the big comb ones started crowing. Not the one that I originally posted but the one with the shorter tail feathers. And I didn't get a chance to get a picture until tonight to show their color to see what kind of breed of bird these beauties are. The red shows. The dark color is more of an iridescent green.
