Hen or Rooster? Breed?

Hi all! I’ve got a chicken that I’m wondering about. I’m leaning towards hen because he/she hangs out with the other hens and hasn’t crowed yet. But her legs are longer than the other hens. Any opinions? And any idea what breed?

This one is nearly six months old. I would expect him to be bigger and crowing by now as a Buff roo.

At that age, I'll change my answer to pullet. She's probably getting ready to start laying. I could be wrong, but I agree a roo should be more obvious by now.

I’ve been waffling back and forth with this one The long legs are throwing me but he/she really acts like a hen

At first I thought cockerel but once you said they were six months old I changed my answer to pullet. At six months old I would expect a lot more hackle and saddle feather development but I don’t see any, so looks like the comb is really red because she’s getting ready to lay.
