It is about 4 -5 months old it sings the supposed egg song but havent sen an egg yet also it starts crowin gin the morning not everyday but 2 or 3 times a week or less. please help i can upload the same pic but larger if needed can you also tell me what breed

thats 110% cockerel you can see its saddles and it has nice cockerel hackles

yes cockerel (a cockerel is any male chicken under a year old before it becomes a cock/rooster)

it depends on the cockerel itself and its temperament. some are nice while others need to go to the dinner table. all of mine are nice
