Hen or rooster?

Hi everyone.

I was told these were 2 hens but I don't know. One is starting to go whiter and has grey legs the other is blacker and has yellow legs. They are the same age. Any indication on what the leg colour means?

I think they are about 11 weeks old. I know with Plymouth rock chickens the rooster are whiter. I'm worries the one with a whiter head is a rooster.

I’d say they are pullets.
