Probably a cockerel. Could you get some pictures of it without the wire just in case? I can't see body type well enough to see breed and if it's a Leghorn, I would expect more comb from a cockerel at this age. I wouldn't get your hopes up on it being a pullet but I would rather be extra sure with some better pics!

Sorry pictures are not very good the combs are pink not red does that help they were a very pale pink until about 2 weeks ago but still not red

I think some pictures might help a bit more From the looks of it, he's probably a cockerel but I just want to confirm!

I'm debating back and forth a bit. California Whites can get large combs early and I would expect bigger of a cockerel, yet it's pretty red for a pullet of this age... I'm thinking pullet for now from what I can see. @Overo Mare, thoughts?
