Hen or rooster

I have blue and black 8 weeks old favaucana chickens which supposed to be hens. However they look quite different. And tail feathers of the black one makes me a little bit worried. Photos of both chickens attached. What do you think? I already have one rooster (wellsummer)

At this point all but the Welsummer appear to be pullets. 'Tails' in young birds are a very poor indicator of gender.
