Hen picking feathers off others!

I have a chicken that started picking feathers off 2 of my other birds and started eating them. She usually pecks around their necks and one of them already has a bare spot underneath her neck. She then proceeds to eat the feather. How can I stop this? besides getting one of those beak braces to put on her.

If they are too crowded they will do that. Also, I have heard it could be from lack of protein in their diet. Sometimes, I think they are just jerks.

Try putting some kind of pick deterent on the picked birds-if that doesn't work, take the picker out and isolate her for a couple of days.
