Hen Plucked Chickens, :(

Our 14 standard hens, and some of our bantams are going through the problem of their feathers being plucked out and eaten by one another. This is has been going on for a while and I dont know how to stop it? The show is just a month and three weeks away. Will they have time to grow back? What should I do? A lot of them are missing feathers on their backs. Can you wash a chicken with some mustard? I know chickens hate mustard. Would that keep them from eating each others feathers?

You can get an anti-feather-pecking spray which may help... don't know if they'll grow back in time, I would have thought so.
