This morning a bear took all but one of our hens. She looks fine but I think there may be blood in her poop, is it something to do with stres from the attack? What could cause that?

Beets might have stained the poop. It happens to all of us if we eat beets. It should clear up soon. Make sure she's eating, & drinking plenty?Or is it just because I fed them beats yesterday?
We posted at the same time.It could definitely be the beets. Also possible that the dyes in that colored newspaper have run from the moisture in the droppings. I would put some towels down, and see what they look like there.

When I put her in her temporary dog crate she started eating food right away, from what I can see she’s been drinking aswell.Beets might have stained the poop. It happens to all of us if we eat beets. It should clear up soon. Make sure she's eating, & drinking plenty?
That's a good sign, so I don't think you have anything to worry about. When I put her in her temporary dog crate she started eating food right away, from what I can see she’s been drinking aswell.
