I have a 6 month old black spanish turkey. She already doing the posturing and letting the toms mate. And it looks like they know what they are doing. But she has not laid any eggs is this normal. Should I separate them till she starts laying. Any input would greatly be appreciated.

Yes this is normal. My turkeys typically start mating up to two months before any eggs are laid. If you only have one tom and one hen, I would recommend separating them once she starts sitting on the eggs. Toms frequently take the sitting as an invitation to breed and can and do end up killing hens with their unwanted breeding attempts. I even had one tom who would find the nests and destroy the eggs and nest to get the hens back in the breeding mode.
