Hen/Roo- I'm lost

Back story a friend couldn't keep 3 of her chicks so I have taken them in. Appear to be very similar - one developed it's comb before the other but they're very similar in size. Approx 8 weeks.

I also have a Japanese bantam - fairly sure he is a roo too but what do you think?

I think they stuck me with roos - which whatever. But they bought as chicks and didn't realize the upkeep.

Larger comb finally showed he is in fact a rooster. Is it possible this other could be a hen???

Those are both cockerels.
