Hen & rooster all of a sudden not getting along.

Hope this is the right section.

My chickens all got along great. Good rooster, does what he's supposed to, not rough etc.
Then today my biggest hen was fighting him, she was instigating it, going after him .... making his comb bleed & such.
Why would she do this all of a sudden?? It's very weird.

Not sure what might have started it but once blood is showing, the wound becomes a target.

He may have cut himself on something first maybe? A fence, fighting off a predator...

You might have to isolate him till it heals.
