Hen shaking her head

I have a sick hen thats shaking her head. What could this be?

It could be many things. Possibly the following: Ear mites, respiratory disease, something stuck in esophagus/crop, feather or fluff irritating the eyes, other eye issues, lice/mites on skin or feathers, environmental problems etc etc etc.......
