Hen sitting alone, not acting herself, messy butt with tiny drops of water poop coming out at a time

Hi fellow chicken keepers. My barred rock girl is about 8 months old and recently we notice her behaving unusually. She is the last one out of her coop and the first one in. She is not walking and foraging with my other girls, instead she just sits in random locations. My girls are free range in my backyard and have access to food and water but I haven't seen her attempt to eat except for a tomato treat. She walks fairly slowly compared to normal and doesn't attempt to move when I approach her which is very unusual as she is not my most cuddly girl. Her comb and wattles are red and healthy.

I'm bringing her inside so I can keep a closer eye on her food/water consumption and to see what her poops look like but I'm concerned and want to insure I'm doing everything I can. Her abdomen did feel slightly tighter than my other girls too.

Do y'all have any ideas?

Has she laid eggs ever or recently? Where does she fit in the pecking order normally? Do you mean that her lower abdomen between her legs is full and tight? How does her crop feel? Can you recheck it in early morning to see if it has emptied? I would try to offer some fluids and scrambled egg, along with her usual chicken feed. What do you feed? Let us know what her droppings look like.

She lays regularly though I cannot say when she laid last. Her abdomen feels slightly tighter than my other girls between her legs. Her crop feels completely normal. I'm bringing her in to monitor egg laying and droppings and will most definitely update with that info when I have it. I give my girls layer pellets feed mixed with oyster shells but they do have free range of the backyard and I also give them vegetables. Forgot to add - she's one of 5 and she is right in the middle as far as pecking order

While she is inside, I will try to insure hydration if she isn't maintaining it on her own but at least this way, I can see what's going on. Scrambled egg is a great idea!

Any clue what could be causing this? Could she potentially be egg bound?

You can try to rule out a stuck egg by inserting a clean finger into her vent 1-2 inches. A swollen tight abdomen could possibly be a sign of ascites. Ascites or water belly can be caused by egg yolk peritonitis, cancer, heart failure, and liver disease.

She finally had a bowl movement unlike I've ever seen before. Clear, watery stool. What do I do now? I got her to eat a little bit of a scrambled egg
