I have a cuckoo maran hen that can only take about 5-6 steps and then she sits down. Her tail is down also. She is not limping, although I observed her kinda wobble when she stands still. She is out and about, taking a few steps then sits. Is this something I should worry about, or just wait and see? She started this yesterday when my neighbor noticed her in their yard. We brought her home and put her in the hen house and she slept in a corner last night. She was out on our deck a little while ago, so she can maneuver the 6-8 inch step. Any suggestions? Just checked on her, she is still on the deck and sitting back on her hocks with her feet kinda in front of her. She is almost 3 yrs old.
