Hen slowly loosing feathers over months but not regrowing- does not appear to be molting and no visible pests -ideas?

1 of my 5 hens has been slowly loosing feathers and weight over several months. The other 4 look great. They are all just under 2 years old.

She is laying regularly, has plenty of energy and appetite. I do not see any examples of her being pecked (she is my smartest chicken and is typically the one who is right in front when food comes). But she is loosing feathers at wings, chest and top of head and they do not seem to be regrowing. All over, her feathers seem a little loose and she certainly is the smallest and seems to be getting even lighter.

We do not see any visible mites - her vent looks clear.

This hen did not molt in the winter -(3 of the 5 did and this site was a huge help!) The other 1 that did not molt looks fine.

In the beginning, I assumed a slow molt so it is only now that areas are looking bald and my research is not coming up with anything clear that I reach out to you for ideas. Any suggestions welcome if what I can try.

I feed then all high protein. I put them on an all-in-one feed once the first ones molted and feed mealworms as treats. That either great for the molting season and I have just kept that up since I wasn’t sure what was happening.

Thanks for reading and any ideas. We do not seem to have any chicken vets in the area and I am at a loss of what to do.

I have 2 hens that look featherless, it's due to the other hens in the group picking her feathers. Just waiting for fall to roll over so she goes through a molt.

Age defines when chickens go through a molt so if the timing is off they will do it in the next year.
