Hi, my broody hen stepped on her egg while it was hatching. It has half if it's outer shell off and the membrane does not seem to be damaged. Before it was stepped on the chick had its beak slightly out and seemed to be fine.
It is not moving or peeping, I'm not sure if its still alive, please help!

You should be able to detect breathing if it is still alive. Can you see any signs of breathing?

Taking a better look at the picture, I would probably wrap it in a warm wet wash cloth, and slowly pry the membrane away using some tweezers -- being so careful to not poke or hurt the baby. Also be careful to watch for blood vessels when removing the membrane. My guess is it didn't make it, if you can't see movement of any kind. But I'd want to be careful just in case.

Can you see the beak? You need to keep it warm, under a lamp. The membrane will dry out where you have removed the shell , and shrink wrap , so you need to gently peel it back . Sit the chick in an egg cup and leave the bottom half of the shell.

This article of @Sally Sunshine is an excellent form of reference.
