Hen struggling to breathe

This morning I woke up to one of my Rhode Island Red hens with labored breathing. At first I thought she may have something lodged in her throat. I can't feel anything.

there is also a slight hissing sound when she breathes. She won't eat or drink.

Is there a way to attach a video?

Any advice would be appreciated!

How I learned to do it was take the video on my phone, then made a YouTube account and posted it there. Make sure to make it shareable to anyone, then copy the link from there. Click that media button up top in your reply, and paste it in there.

Do you see any wounds on her body? Does she have any areas of possible air under her skin (leaking air sac?) Is her comb turning black? Pictures may be helpful, but videos are great. Can you feel of her crop, and tell us if it is empty, full, firm, or puffy?
