Hen tail down waddling

My 4 year old BSL has been waddling for about a week now. The first day she had an Epsom salt soak and slept in the house. Shes had extra calcium and a mutli vitamin since this started. She wanted to go back out in the morning, so I let her. Shes been eating and drinking normally. When she is scratching around her tail is normal. Last night she came to the front door instead of the coop again to sleep inside. Her poop is green but not runny. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on with her?

Green poop is never a good sign. Have you checked to see if she is eggbound? Have you checked for parasites?
