I've been having a hard time with Esmeralda lately (my fault for not being more knowledgeable about bird health but have been learning)and so I've been feeding her yogurt and scrambled eggs every day. I wormed her with Valbazen about 1 month ago (once and then again 10 days later) since she did have them. She also had a bad case of mites until last weekend when I used Garden Poultry Dust. I am laying it all out here, and I feel awful for her! I also added ACV yesterday to her water.

For the last 2 days she has been having watery type liquid coming out of her mouth...consistency of a runny egg. She has not been eating much at all now. I don't know if this is a crop issue since it's not pure water like but more runny egg type. She has already lost weight from the worms and was starting to make strides with regaining a little bit of it. Could this be a crop issue? I have confined her to the inside of the coop with a heat lamp and natural light until she has more energy to be out.

It does sound like she has a crop issue - have you felt the crop at night when she goes to bed (lights out), then first thing in the morning? It should be fairly fully at night and empty/flat in the morning.
How does her poop look?
Do you feed anything else besides yogurt and eggs? Any poultry feed?
Is she laying any eggs? Any swelling/bloat in the abdomen?

Make sure she has plenty of water available, access to poultry grit (crushed granite) and some wet poultry feed. http://www.backyardchickens.com/a/impacted-slow-and-sour-crops-prevention-and-treatments

Her crop was definitely full and a lot came out. I watched some videos to see how to do it and that was successful. I will see how she eats now. As far as her feed, she was not interested in the poultry feed so I gave her lots of bread and then added eggs, yogurt, bananas, black oil seeds, and some spinach leaves. Maybe too many changes in her diet? Her abdomen feels fine and the poop is very watery....perhaps that was due to her crop? No eggs for quite a few months, and I thought it was due to her age. I will look for poultry grit.

Thanks so much for helping.

Changes in feed can definitely cause an upset. Nothing wrong with some chopped egg or any of the other things you gave her, but see if she will eat her normal feed. Sometimes they just seem to refuse it. You can also try some chick starter - this is higher protein and balanced - sometimes they will eat that.

I hope she gets better - keep us posted.
