Hen who sucks eggs, leaves shell... Suggestions? Rid her from flock?

I had a Sussex that started eating her eggs because she was inside in a crate recovering from dog-bite wounds (=boredom!)
Mustard didn't work for us.
What worked: 1: Lots of fake eggs and golf balls in the nest box.
2: I dremeled the sharp point of her beak down so it is nice and rounded (not like she has been de-beaked.)
She will poke at a new egg occasionally, but can't get her beak inside it to finish the job.
