Yikes! One of our hens has a beak injury. It looks like there is an outer layer that has partially broken off. There is a little dried blood. I tried to gently remove it, but it was still attached pretty well. Should I just leave it alone? It looks too separated to try to glue and patch it back on, as I've seen on-line. The separated piece is only barely attached on one side. Ideas? Expertise?
