Hen has 2 chicks. Can’t walk right . Egg bound? Chicks 1 week old

I seriously doubt that a hen with 1 week old chicks has started on another egg laying cycle. Are there any other symptoms ?

She is alert, and covering the chicks and is moving. She is eating also. But she spreads her wings to keep herself upright. It seems to be her feet. Her legs move.
