Hen with diarrhea

I just noticed that my hen has diarrhea, she seems to be fine, but i just want to make sure, she just hatched a chick a few days ago. anything i can do?

Any changes in feed?

I have a Buff Orpington that gets the runs when she's had too many treats or scratch. I just remove everything but feed and she firms up.

no changes in feed. but now it has cleared up, she is fine
