I found my 10 month old partridge rock hen inside the coop looking very weird. Her wings are drooping and she stumbles when she tries to walk. She was broody last month and sat on some fertilized eggs I got from another chicken owner but her chicks were eaten by the other hens. We don't have a rooster, and she is the lowest in the pecking order and her head is always a little bald because of it.They free-range only a little under supervision, and all my five hens are on the same soy-free organic layer feed. The other hens seem fine, just panting a little in the heat. I thought she was going through a molt, because there are a lot of her little feathers all over the coop, but that seemed normal seeing as how she just got out of a broody patch. But this posture seems very strange, any suggestions? Her crop doesn't seem full, but she is still drinking and eating a little.
