Did she have lice too?
It's understandable that she may be leaking urates a bit. Looks like there's been some damage to the vent, hard to tell.
I'd keep on flushing and rinsing her well. Keep exposed tissue moist with your ointment.
I may be a good idea to give her an oral antibiotic as well, especially if there's any odor that would indicate infection. Amoxicillin is a good choice to use.
