hen with hurt leg? back?

This hen sits/lays often. When she stands up, her back end goes down, and she stumbles somewhat. We notice that she has a spur? that is enlarged. Would this be hurting her and making her look as if her back is the problem?

Hen keeps standing on one leg and limping when she walks, she also started crowing like Rooster. Not sure what’s going on!
