Hen with injured eye

I just went down to the coop to shut up my chickens and one of my Black Australorps was in a nesting box trying to sleep. I crouched down to check on her and her right eye was all closed and bloody 😭 her comb was damaged too but looks like it'll be fine. I feel so bad for her it must hurt so bad. I brought her up to the house and tried to rinse the eye out with some saline contact lenses solution I have.
The eye is still there, just injured. I suspect that it might have been my rooster that hurt her with his spurs as he isn't very fond of my three Australorp ladies because they don't let him mount them. I've had them for a few years now but I did see him attack one of them when she had bumblefoot six months back and was moving slower.
He's a good boy...he just can be kind of vengeful to the Australorps occasionally. I trimmed his spurs after the last incident.

Any ideas on what I can do to help her eye? I have some antibiotic eye cream for humans that I got from a neighbor lady once, I'll post a pic. I used it before when a hen got pecked on the eye.
I want to do everything I can for her. I've got her in a cage by herself for the night so I can easily check on her in the morning.

When you can, post photos of the eye and wounds.

Rinsing with saline is good.
You'll want to check your ointment to see if it's still any good, if it is, then that will be fine to use. If not, then you can find Terramycin eye ointment at feed stores like TSC.

As for a rooster that beats up hen, that's debatable. I learned that lesson the hard way and I had a hen that suffered badly due to me learning a lesson. So. Any rooster that beats up hen is not welcome here.

Here are pictures of her eyes. The one is injured and I showed her other side which is fine, for reference. Poor baby. There's swelling but now and then she'll open the eye. I put some of my eye ointment in her eye this morning. I'm keeping her in a cage right now with food and water because I want to give her time to adjust and not be picked on by any of the others.

Poor girl!
Yeah, I'd keep the eye flushed with saline, remove any dirt or pus, then put ointment in the eye.
Hopefully she'll feel better in a few days.
Keep her drinking and eating.
