She seems a bit lethargic and the butt area is very dirty. What could it be? And other symptoms to look out for?

How old is she?

Can you give her bum a good wash up, check for lice/mites, maggots and prolapse?
Has she been laying eggs?

I would see if she'd take some sips of electrolytes, once drinking offer her some food. See that her crop is emptying overnight.

Hard to know what's going on with her, hopefully once you investigate more you may see some symptoms that may give us a clue.

Photos of hen and poop are always welcome.

She's a 2.5 year old hybrid RI red and she hasn't laid in over a month. I'll take more pics later but this is her last night. She has four other sisters about the same age. And only two are regularly laying

Hen now doesn't seem to like perching. She been sleeping on the coop floor. She appears normal otherwise
