Hen with missing feathers on neck.

One of my hens, about 9 months old has a bunch of missing feathers on her neck. I can't get the picture to go on this post... Does anyone know what might be the problem? We live in Utah and it has been very cold and we have gotten a lot of snow the last couple weeks. I am worried about her getting cold.

She's just molting, completely normal!
