hen with no feathers on her stomach

One of my hens has a sore on her stomach. No feathers are growing there. It looks red and sore like a burn. She is active an otherwise healthy. I was considering putting some antibiotic cream on it but then I worry what will happen if she eats some of it? Anyone out there with helpful advice?

the triple antibiotic with out pain stop is good, she could be getting picked on by other hens. hopefully if that is it, once the pecking order is established that should stop.
