Hen with swelling above eye

Hi everyone!
I went to my dads today and one of my hens has a swollen red spot above her right eye.
It’s isnt obstructing her vision and she looks and acts completely normal aside from her little lump (so no mucus or weeping or anything like that), there was also no abrasion and the other eye looked as though it was slightly irritated in the same spot.

I figure it could be possible that she just got pecked as the new hen is a bit of a bully. I don’t know how long she’s been like this either as I keep the hens at my dads and my stepmum hadn’t noticed anything.

Since she has no symptoms, I would just watch it daily to see if it resolves on it's own or if she develops any symptoms.
