Hen with tail down two days

I have a 3 year old hen who has seemed off for a few days. She keeps to herself and has had her tail down for 2 days. She was making what appeared to be gasping movements while still in my coop but not any more. I have her in an Epsom bath now where she is totally chill and breathe calmly. She just stood up in the bath but is still very calm/relaxed. Her vent area was really dirty so I thought a soak would be good. Can’t tell if she’s egg bound or not. Have not examined her yet. Anything else to think of with her?

What breed is she? When was her last egg that you know of? How is her appetite? Can you check for a bloated abdomen, underneath the vent behind the legs?

No idea what breed she is or when she last laid. Her abdomen felt soft, vent clear. I didn’t poke around too much but what I did, I couldn’t feel an egg present. She is eating but not as vigorously as the others. And, her poops are yellow-ish and splat looking. Her comb is red and upright and she is drinking water.

Hmm, with her tail pointing downwards, and the yellow-ish droppings, I'm thinking its something reproductive, and unfortunately a lot of the time you can't do much. I asked her breed and when she last laid, because high productive breeds are very prone to more health issues, especially reproductive.
For now just offer supportive care measures. Make sure she's eating, drinking, ect. You could try giving meat, fish, or eggs and see if she'd like that more, plus they'd be good. Her comb being red and upright is a good sign!

Thanks everyone for your great input! It is very much appreciated! She seems a little better so I’m relieved. I’ve given them all Lisa Steele’s Magic Water and oregano oil along with fresh oregano. Fingers crossed this passes.
