My Rhode island red hen (ginger) is acting lethargic. She doesn't eat and she barely drinks, her crop is full of water and her poop (which is also watery) has tiny yellow flecks in it. All my other hens are acting normally and have normal poop. Ginger is 4-6 years old and has never had any serious issues. I can't find out what's wrong with her, please help!

Could you get a picture of her poop? I'm not sure about that.
As for the crop, it sounds like she has sour crop. I would suggest plain Greek yogurt and Epsom salt water maybe apple cider vinegar but not grains or fruit, which will feed the fungus in the sour crop. If you can learn to do it safely, you should empty her crop, but this can be dangerous.
I had to deal with sour crop and it didn't end well. Even with my treatments the hen died, so you should take action as soon as you can. I'm still unsure about the poop though.

I'm not sure how long she had sour crop or whatever it might have been but Unfortunately she died about thirty minutes ago. Thanks for the help anyway, it will help for future reference.

Oh, I'm sorry! It often comes on really quickly, chickens are pros at hiding illness.
