Hello, my 2 years old hen seems to have both legs white. When she was young, they were very yellow. She lays everyday an egg. She seems to lay down more than usual. What could be the reason?

She is clearly suffering from scaly leg mites that cause itching and whitish build up under the scales.
You can treat it with Ballistol spray in the evening when she is roosting and follow up 7-10 days later.
It is a pet safe penetrating oil that will suffocate the mites and help to heal the legs.
The white crusts will come off after about 10-14 days and her legs will look brand new.

With regard to the change in leg colour:
Good layers can be identified by losing the yellow leg colour as they will use it for building yellow egg yolks.
You can feed them grated carrots with a dash of germoil and brewers yeast to help regain some colour.
