Hen with wing ripped 3/4 off

Just found one of my hens with 3/4 of her wing ripped off ( it is still hanging on with about a 1/4 inch of muscle), other than shock she appears to be fine. She is walking around. I've brought her in the house. My question is should i just bandage the wing up to her for a couple of days then remove the rest of her wing off or should I do it now?

if the bones in the wing are still attached, bandage it up. Suture the skin if you know how. If the bones are separated, it won't be functional any and should probably be trimmed the rest of the way off.
