Hens 16 weeks, what should I do to prepare?

Hello! My hens are 16 weeks old, and will start laying sometime in agust. What do I need to get ready, for when they start laying?

Just have nesting boxes available. Don’t switch to layer feed until all of your girls have started laying.

Yes, huffleclaw pretty much sums it up! You dont swap to certain things like layer feed until they do lay. Make sure the nestings are available and thats about it.
