Hens feathers question ? Look odd?!

My hens feathers look different. They’ve always been like this , not just one hen but most of them. And there laying eggs so I know there not roosters . Is it something I’m doing wrong or need to add to there food. There about 7-8 months old

do you mean the white color? It's just the breed of hen she is. I agree with cavemanrich, gorgeous birds!
