Noticed hen had bumblefoot yesterday and I planned on an epson salt bath + to pull it out if necessary this Friday (I work all day and don’t get home till very late Monday thru Friday) today she was sitting on her perch when I came to let them out for some free time and she usually runs out first but I needed to pick her up and put her out before she started walking around. She seems fine but I noticed her droppings were red. Is this Coccidiosis or something else? What should I do? She’s also molting, does that play into anything at all?

Took her inside for a bath and this was her droppings this time, I looked into it and there’s no red at all this time, her face is still bright red.

Every now and then I see a red poop in my run. Usually it seems to be a fluke. That last picture looks like a normal poop to me.

I trust you if you say her face is redder than usual. It sounds like she has a lot going on between the molt and the bumblefoot.

I would support her through the molt as best you can (extra mealworms never hurt nobody), and continue to treat the bumblefoot. Many hens can hurt if handled during a molt, so that may be adding stress if she's being picked up/held for the Epsom salt treatments.
