Hen's getting worse

I have a 19 week old hen, that caught coccidiosis about 3 weeks ago, I treated her, she got much better, but has been going very downhill since. She's still showing signs of coccidiosis, but she also can't walk much anymore and refuses to eat or drink.. I don't know if there's anything I can do.. I've had her for a month, below is a picture of what she looked like the day I got her, and what she looks like now (a few minutes ago)
