hens have worms

At least one of my hens has worms, which I believe are capillaria. After worming the girls, should I do anything else (like replace the existing litter, etc.)?

You'll want to dose all your chickens with either valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer or safeguard liquid goat wormer. It would be best to clean out litter in the coop for several days after worming. Then repeat worming in 10 days.
