I don’t know if this has to do with her crop or not. She has been in the portable lawn run and I’m worried she’s been eating too much grass and not enough rocks.

It does look like a full crop. The crop should normally fill up during the day as she eats and drinks being full by evening. It should normally empty by the next morning. Check it in the morning before she eats, and see if it feels empty. If it is not, let us know what it feels like, full and firm, doughy, or soft and puffy.

I felt her crop just now and it felt firm but malleable

In the evening, it is normal and healthy for a crop to feel that way, because it is full of food for the chicken to digest while she sleeps.

So the time to check for crop problems is before she wakes up and has breakfast. That is the only time the crop is supposed to be empty. If the crop is not empty then, it indicates a problem. If the crop is empty then, and has food at all other times, that would be perfect for a healthy chicken.
